Privacy Policy

AutoCraft PDF prioritizes data sovereignty. Document processing occurs locally on your machine. When you connect Google Drive, AutoCraft PDF may access your Google account email address and limited Drive permissions only to identify the connected account and upload user-generated documents.

Data Protection

Our Core Principles

Local Document Processing

Quick Summary

Our architecture ensures complete data sovereignty. AutoCraft PDF operates as a local application. We do not host, store, or transmit your document templates, Excel sheets, or generated PDFs.

Local-first processing ensures your sensitive documents never transit or store on external servers.

Google Drive Integration

AutoCraft PDF connects to your Google Drive only after your explicit authorization. The connection is used to upload documents that you create in AutoCraft PDF directly to your Google Drive. AutoCraft PDF requests limited Drive access using the drive.file scope, which allows the app to access only files created or selected through AutoCraft PDF.

Zero Data Retention

AutoCraft PDF does not collect or store document contents on external servers. Document templates, spreadsheet data, and generated PDFs are processed locally on your device. OAuth tokens and the connected Google account email may be stored locally only to maintain the Google Drive connection and allow reconnect without repeated login.

Google Account Email

AutoCraft PDF may request access to your Google account email address using Google OAuth scopes such as userinfo.email and openid. This email address is used only to show which Google account is connected, support smart reconnect, and help users confirm they are uploading files to the correct Google Drive account.

AutoCraft PDF does not sell, share, rent, or use your Google account email address for advertising or marketing.

Google Integration

Drive API Scope Usage

AutoCraft PDF requests the following Google OAuth permissions:

- Google Drive file access: used only to upload, create, and manage files generated or selected through AutoCraft PDF.

- Google account email / OpenID identity: used only to display the connected Google account and support reconnect.

AutoCraft PDF does not request full access to your Google Drive. AutoCraft PDF does not read, scan, modify, or delete unrelated Google Drive files.

Revoking Access

Users can disconnect Google Drive from within AutoCraft PDF at any time. Users may also revoke AutoCraft PDF access from their Google Account permissions page. After access is revoked, AutoCraft PDF can no longer upload files to the user’s Google Drive unless the user connects again.
